Product design

We would like to make clear that Deltour does not design products itself. Deltour does give advice about the manufacturability of products.

The basis of a CNC milled product is a good CAD drawing. By using advanced computer programs, we are able to convert CAD drawings in a milling/turning program.

Product design review

We review the product design made by a designer or design agency. We will review the design for:

• aspects of cooling and heatsinks
• the most efficient production of the product design (both for small and large numbers)
• assembly

Processing digital (3D) drawing

For modern production methods, good (if necessary, 3D) drawings are used. That is why Deltour has the equipment to process them, so that we are able to program your drawing into our machines. The costs for this are covered by one-time programming costs.

Designers and design agencies that would like us to review their designs are requested in advance to give us a good drawing of the design. We can make a quotation for our work and the purpose of the review on the basis of that drawing.
