Processing sand-cast products

Sand casting is a cost-efficient way of making enclosures with integrated cooling.

Sand-cast products are generally rough and inaccurate. We are experienced in finish-turning and milling these products.

The cast aluminium is an excellent heat conductor and can be processed very well. This is very convenient, as the production process is not very accurate and needs post-processing of the mounting surfaces.
